Why can't I write a review?
Before writing a review, you must first be logged in. Only registered users can write reviews. Reviews are limited to 1 review for every 30 days. Salon owners are not permitted and can't write any reviews.

Why can't I rate a Salon?
Before rating a Salon, you must first be logged in. Only registered users can rate Salons. You are limited to 1 rating for every 30 days. Salon owners are not permitted and can't rate other Salons.

How do I add my Salon?
To add a new Salon, you first need to register an account. Once registered you can then login and add a new Salon. Once you've added your Salon, the staff at Urban Hair Australia will check and validate your information. Once validated we'll send you an email to let you know that your account is now active.

How to activate an existing Salon?
If your Salon is already listed on Urban Hair Australia, you'll need to login, go to the Salon page then click the "IS THIS YOUR BUSINESS" button which is located below the Salon map. You'll then be provided with instructions on how to activate your Salon. Once activated you can then add photo's, promos etc..

How do edit my Salon details?
Only registered users (Salon Owners) can edit their Salon details. To do this you'll need to login and go to your "My Account" section. Here you can add / edit photo's, promos etc. If you need to change a phone number or address details then you'll need to contact us.

How to report incorrect details?
If a Salon has closed down, changed name or any other details have changed, you can report this to us by clicking the "Report Incorrect Details" link on the salon profile page. We will then verify and make changes if required.
